OurVillageIndia.org is a portal which is bringing mine as well as scores of other villages on the internet. Nostalgia apart this is a great move towards making rural India convergent.
Alootechie, a popular portal on Indian Online Industry reports that -

This is a great effort, I am not sure how frequently this is updated. Do you know the people behind this.

Its an initiative of the Byrraju Foundation. Not sure of the frequency of updates though.
